Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
– Must include tags and be in its original packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required (please include your order number).

How to Start a Return
– Contact us at info@oinkandco.com to initiate your return.
– If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package.
– Please note: items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
– Oink is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will exclude any delivery fees.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please do not use or wear it. Email us at info@oinkandco.com with proof of the fault to arrange a return. Once we have confirmed that the item is faulty, we will offer you the option of a refund, a new item, or a voucher for the amount of the original faulty item purchased
