Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Must include tags and be in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required (please include your order number).

How to Start a Return

- Contact us at info@oinkandco.com to initiate your return.

- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package.

- Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

- Oink is not responsible for lost return items.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will exclude any delivery fees.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please do not use or wear it.

We understand that sometimes you may want to change your order! While we can't guarantee immediate changes or cancellations, we'll do our absolute best to assist you.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can submit a request for a refund once you receive the item. Please note that any courier fees will be your responsibility.

We will try our absolute best to ship all orders within 2-5 working days once your order is placed and paid for.

Delivery anywhere in South Africa takes anywhere between 1-4 working days depending on where you are based.

Major cities such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban should take 2 days to be delivered once shipped, outlying areas might take a day or 3 longer.

As a general rule, please allow 2-5 working days.

Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O boxes.

International orders will be quoted for shipping individually and timelines will be communicated per shipping company chosen.

We regret, no returns or exchanges on International orders outside of South Africa.

We ship all orders using The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you can easily track it online at www.thecourierguy.co.za by entering the waybill number provided in your delivery notification email.

You’ll receive an email from us confirming that The Courier Guy has collected your order, along with the waybill number to monitor its delivery progress.

Sure thing! When purchasing a gift, please be sure to enter your friend or family member's address in the 'delivery address' section during checkout, and use your own address for the 'billing address.'

If you'd like the invoice excluded from the package, simply mention in the “notes” section that your order is a gift, and we’ll ensure it’s left out.

All of our products are safe for both cold washing and cool drying. Be sure to follow the care instructions provided on each garment, as different fabrics may require specific handling. Please read the labels carefully before washing or drying.

- Machine wash cold with similar colors, gentle cycle
- Avoid tumble dry, or choose ‘Low’ with a full load for a maximum of 30 minutes
- Cool iron
- Avoid using industrial or commercial dryers
- Do not bleach
